Our rates are often half that of so called consulting firms, yet our expertise is as good, or even better. We do whatever we can to help our clients minimise costs so they can be around to do business with us for many years to come.

We practice what we preach – Biznabler encourages companies to only engage resources when needed, thus minimising costs.  We do the same for our day to day operations. Our very small core team has access to a worldwide virtual network of professionals and we are ready to make those same resources available to you.

Dag Cummings founded Biznabler with a commitment to helping small and mid size companies attain their full business potential. Dag has presented his ideas and vision to audiences ranging from 2 to 2000 participants where his optimism and enthusiasm for his client’s continued success is undeniable. Whether it is speaking or rolling up his sleeves to implement and drive the process forward, Dag is always ready to contribute. Inspiring and energetic, Dag brings his own unique style of inclusive leadership to every project he is involved in.

Dag’s multi decade career includes working for major multi-national companies such as Microsoft, Aston IT Group, Rainier Technology, Quest Software and Dell. He has worked with clients in EMEA, US and APAC countries. In addition to working for large companies, Dag has worked with large companies to help them expand and refine their business. This includes Microsoft partners whom Dag has worked with both on a local and national scale. This unique perspective of having been on both sides of the fence allows Dag to guide small companies in effectively engaging large multinationals. Dag holds a degree in IT, which combined with his extensive experience in management of highly skilled professionals makes him ideally suited to lead the Biznabler venture.

His experience is both broad and deep, encompassing business development, alliances, unified communications and collaboration technologies, partner recruitment, product management, startup incubation, software development and a myriad of challenges that companies may encounter. Dag brings to the fold decades of first hand experience in a multitude of complex business environments, both large and small. This depth of experience makes him ideally suited to help guide both new and expanding companies to their maximum potential, while also avoiding the many pitfalls that may beset new or less experienced ventures.

Mārīte has been with Biznabler from the beginning and has been instrumental in shaping the unique array of services available to customers — not surprising, given her formidable talents in idea realisation, project management and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Mārīte brings to the table solid skills in project management, product design and generation of original ideas. She has promoted a wide range of events, from cultural projects to film and music festivals.

Her prior experience in customer service and human resources, combined with her degree in business administration, make her ideally suited to understand customer requirements and administer effective strategies to meet their needs. Aleksandra’s administrative skills are complemented by her creative abilities in graphic arts, web page layout and typography. She also worked with the police so she knows how to keep everyone in our office on the straight and narrow.

Our customers depend on her to be conscientious and professional and Aleksandra never lets them down. Her ability to easily grasp the essence of the problem and offer creative solutions is already starting to become legendary.

Veronika Lukoperova

Finance and Administartion Manager

Veronika Lukoperova holds the position of Finance and Administration Manager at Biznabler. Her skills at interpreting financial information as well as managing the company’s accounting make Veronika a valued member of the Biznabler team. Indeed, her ability to shine started in her teens when she was awarded by the Latvian Prime Minister in an official testimonial letter recognizing her as one of three outstanding graduates in her school. Her educational excellence continued in university, where she was awarded the Certificate of Merit as the Best Graduate in the Bachelor Study Program of Management at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute.

Veronika also excels at languages, having learned Latvian within 2 years and Spanish in even less time, she is a quick study and able to tackle any challenge with the spirit of a top achiever. Biznabler clients have come to trust Veronika as someone who they can depend on to get the job done on time and with excellent quality.
